Masconomet Regional made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,389 from 3,960. The improvement came about via a 34-24 victory over Lynn Classical last week.
Masconomet Regional's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Chieftains feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Chris Schleer has thrown for 263 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Corey Tines has 11 catches for 105 yards. Mike Tivinis leads the league in rushing with 378 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Revere takes on the Rams. At the moment, the Patriots are in second, while Lynn Classical is in third.
The Chieftains led the league in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on Matt Durgin's team.
