Brennan is a perfect 10-0 against Stevens since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Brennan Bears will square off against the Stevens Falcons at 12:00 p.m. Stevens took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Brennan, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Brennan earned a 7-3 win over Holmes. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Bryannah Campos spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on three hits and racked up nine Ks. That's the fewest earned runs she has allowed since back in May of 2024.

On the hitting side, Brennan let Karissa Juarez and Avery Leatherman run wild. Juarez went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI, while Leatherman scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs Juarez has posted since back in May of 2024. Lilliana Salas also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Brennan was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Holmes only posted a batting average of .160.

Meanwhile, Stevens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Harlan, falling 13-1.

Stevens saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sofia Solis, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Stevens' defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Brennan, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Everything went Brennan's way against Stevens in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Brennan made off with a 12-4 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brennan since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
