Floyd Central extended their winning streak to 12 games thanks to a huge performance from Lillie Furmall. Everything went the Highlanders' way against the Columbus East Olympians on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory with plenty of help from Furmall, who had seven digs and five aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 19 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Floyd Central took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-6, 25-14.

Floyd Central's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Columbus East, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-15.

Coming up, Floyd Central will welcome Jeffersonville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Columbus East, they will face off against Bloomington South at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
