Cherokee has gone 8-2 against Hayesville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Braves will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m. Neither Cherokee nor Hayesville posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Cherokee fell victim to Hiwassee Dam and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Braves have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Hayesville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 12-2 to Copper Basin.

Hayesville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Cherokee, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Everything went Cherokee's way against Hayesville when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Cherokee made off with a 12-2 win. Will the Braves repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
