Volleyball Recap: Oscoda Comes Up Short

After flying high against Alcona on Tuesday, Oscoda came back down to earth. The Owls took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calumet Copper Kings on Saturday.

Oscoda's loss dropped their record down to 6-14-1. As for Calumet, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Oscoda has already played their next contest (against Unionville-Sebewaing), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Calumet, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Plymouth Christian Academy on the 27th.
