Volleyball Game Preview: Webster Schroeder Warriors vs. Spencerport Rangers

After both having extra time off, the Webster Schroeder Warriors and the Spencerport Rangers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Webster Schroeder is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New York's top teams: Penfield, who was ranked first at the time (Webster Schroeder was ranked 14th). The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Patriots on Wednesday. The Warriors have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Spencerport came up short against Penfield on Monday, falling 3-0.

Webster Schroeder's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Spencerport, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Webster Schroeder couldn't quite get it done against Spencerport in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
