Basketball Game Preview: Kingston Tigers vs. Uniondale Knights

The Kingston Tigers will take on the Uniondale Knights in a holiday battle at at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Kingston will be strutting in after a victory while Uniondale will be coming in after a loss.

Kingston is returning home triumphant after the team finally put their road woes behind them against Monroe-Woodbury on Tuesday. Kingston came out on top against Monroe-Woodbury by a score of 53-42. The 53-point effort marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, Uniondale unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were just a bucket shy of victory two weeks ago and fell 58-57 to East Meadow.

The win got Kingston back to even at 3-3. As for Uniondale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Kingston came out on top in a nail-biter against Uniondale when the teams last played back in December of 2019, sneaking past 70-68. Will Kingston repeat their success, or does Uniondale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
