Basketball Recap: Albia Skates Past Pleasantville with Ease

Albia lost to Pleasantville back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Albia Blue Demons took their game with ease, bagging a 68-40 victory over the Pleasantville Trojans. The Blue Demons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 28 points or more this season.

Albia's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.5 points over those games. As for Pleasantville, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
