Alexandria-Monroe is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Wapahani 54-23. The win was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won eight contests in a row.

Meanwhile, Rensselaer Central waltzed into their match on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Chargin' Chargers, posting a 67-26 victory. Given the Bombers' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while the Chargin' Chargers are ranked 223rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rensselaer Central's win came from a few key players Alexandria-Monroe will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Brodie Radtke, who made all 9 shots she took for 20 points and six boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Van Meter, who almost dropped a triple-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists.

Rensselaer Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in six consecutive games.
