South Gibson had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Crockett County Cavaliers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-1 on Monday.

South Gibson pushed their record up to 22-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Crockett County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.
