Softball Preview: Cumberland Clippers vs. La Salle Academy Rams

The Cumberland Clippers will head out on the road to square off against the La Salle Academy Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Cumberland comes in on five and La Salle Academy on 26.

Cumberland is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Rhode Island's top teams: Pilgrim, who was ranked 13th in their home state at the time (Cumberland was ranked 11th). Cumberland walked away with an 8-4 win over Pilgrim on Friday.

Meanwhile, La Salle Academy beat Prout 5-1 on Sunday.
