Lake Country Lutheran came tearing into Friday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Kenosha Christian Life Eagles. The Lightning have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Adeleine Catlin paced Lake Country Lutheran's offense, picking up 13 kills. Catlin got some help from Grace Luedke and her 18 assists. Catlin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Lake Country Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 24-15. As for Kenosha Christian Life, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-16.
