Basketball Recap: North Idaho Christian Snags Seventh Victory in Last Nine Games

North Idaho Christian won the last time they faced Pullman Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The North Idaho Christian Royals strolled past the Pullman Christian Sharks with points to spare, taking the game 54-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royals.

North Idaho Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chelsey Cate out in front who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards. Cate is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least ten every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Belle Jordan, who posted 21 points and six boards.

North Idaho Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in five consecutive matches.

North Idaho Christian has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

North Idaho Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Christian Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pullman Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
