Sherry came up big in Langley's 7-6 defeat
Langley came up short on Wednesday despite Lindsey Sherry delivering her best game to date. Westerville Central had no answer to Sherry as she tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off nine hits (she also didn't allow any walks).
Sherry and Langley are on the road again on Tuesday to play Wakefield at 6:30 p.m. The last time Sherry duked it out with Wakefield (back in May of 2023), Langley came out on top by a score of 11-7.
