Softball Recap: Annapolis Comes Up Short at Home Against South River

Annapolis unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the South River Seahawks on Friday, falling 21-0. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

South River has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Annapolis will take on North County at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for South River, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marriotts Ridge at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
