Flag Football Recap: Alexsandra Arce-Marquez's Menacing Defense Leads Sunnyside over Tucson High Magnet School

Sunnyside won the last time they faced Tucson High Magnet School and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Blue Devils skirted past the Badgers 17-15.

Sunnyside didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off five passes before the game was over. Alexsandra Arce-Marquez and Lerma were the leaders of the group effort as each produced two apiece.

Sunnyside's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Tucson High Magnet School, they dropped their record down to 5-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Sunnyside has already played their next matchup, a 21-7 loss against Marana on the 6th. Tucson High Magnet School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
