Basketball Recap: Menard Takes a Loss

Menard and Water Valley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Menard had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Water Valley Wildcats 58-20. The Yellowjackets have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Menard's defeat dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Water Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 15-6.

Menard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Water Valley, they will head out to square off against Buena Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
