Soccer Game Preview: West Limestone vs. Brewer

The West Limestone Wildcats will head out to take on the Brewer Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Last Thursday, West Limestone didn't have quite enough to beat Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering and fell 2-1. West Limestone have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Brewer's game on Friday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They never let Pennington get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. Brewer might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Pennington with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ryan Murhpree, Jackson Morris, and Derek Correa.

West Limestone now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Brewer, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

West Limestone might still be hurting after the 10-0 loss they got from Brewer in their previous matchup back in February. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
