Football Recap: Walter Panas Comes Up Short

Walter Panas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 13-0 to the Lakeland Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 27-0 two weeks ago.

Walter Panas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lakeland, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2-1.

Walter Panas wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-0 loss against Brewster on the 8th. As for Lakeland, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 38-14 victory against Peekskill on the 7th.
