In what's become a running theme this season, Montpelier gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They were the clear victor by an 8-2 margin over the Delta Panthers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Montpelier also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Madelyn Hopper made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. Hopper has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Hopper was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBI.
