Basketball Recap: Compass Charter Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Compass Charter unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of Vision by a score of 54-51 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Aviators have suffered since January 28th.

Several Aviators players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Noah Pugh, who shot 56% from the field en route to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Payton Hymas, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds.

Compass Charter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-50 victory against Harper on the 4th. Vision has also already played their next contest (against Council), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
