Softball Recap: Phillips Takes a Loss

Phillips came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Rhinelander Hodags, falling 15-5.

Phillips' loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Phillips will head out to take on Tomahawk at 4:30 p.m. on April 7. As for Rhinelander, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakeland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give Rhinelander their first taste of in-conference action this season.
