Volleyball Recap: Friendship Tech Prep Academy Falls Short Against Ranked E.L. Haynes

Friendship Tech Prep Academy faced E.L. Haynes in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Titans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of E.L. Haynes. The Titans were not able to make up for their defeat to E.L. Haynes from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Friendship Tech Prep Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-22.

Having lost for the first time this season, Friendship Tech Prep Academy fell to 8-1. As for E.L. Haynes, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Friendship Tech Prep Academy is set to take on their familiar foe DC International at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, E.L. Haynes will face off against rival Friendship Collegiate Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
