Football Recap: Patrick Klepp Leads Holy Cross' Defense on Friday

Holy Cross lost against Princeton back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lancers fell 18-14 to the Tigers. The matchup marked the Lancers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Although Holy Cross took the loss, they still got scores from Shane Reilley and Anthony Dambrosio.

Even if they lost, Holy Cross' defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Leading the way was Patrick Klepp with two.

This is the second loss in a row for Holy Cross and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for Princeton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Holy Cross wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 28-12 loss against Bishop Eustace Prep on the 10th. As for Princeton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 20-7 win against Nottingham on the 11th.
