Michael Grimaldi gave up the fewest walks he has since back in February on Saturday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Grimaldi and Duval Charter will take on Old Plank Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The last time Grimaldi took on the Defenders, he struck out 13 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits.
