Volleyball Recap: Crowley Comes Up Short

Crowley came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Gent in their meetings with the Fighting Blue Jays: they've now lost four in a row.

Crowley's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for St. Edmund, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crowley will challenge Delcambre at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Edmund, they will face off against Teurlings Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
