Westchester won the last time they faced Fairfax and things went their way on Friday too. The Comets put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 34-12 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Comets.

A big part of Westchester's win came down to the chemistry between Kaylee Mitchell and her top target Bellamarie Luster. Mitchell threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns while Luster rushed for 75 yards and one TD.

Westchester's record is now 5-2. As for Fairfax, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Westchester will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Venice at 3:00 p.m. on the 20th. As for Fairfax, they will welcome Bishop Alemany at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
