The scorekeeper got an easy start on Tuesday as neither Shrewsbury nor Uxbridge made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Colonials took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The Colonials' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Shrewsbury's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Uxbridge, their win bumped their record up to 18-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shrewsbury will welcome Franklin at 3:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Uxbridge, they will be playing at home against Blackstone Valley RVT at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
