Basketball Recap: Ragin Prep Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Ragin Prep Christian Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Cathedral Academy on Saturday. The Ragin Prep Christian Academy Rams were beaten by the Cathedral Academy Generals 63-35.

Despite the loss, Ragin Prep Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Zymir Robinson-Hill posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Omari Myers, who had seven points.

Ragin Prep Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Cathedral Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-10.

Ragin Prep Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 66-32 win against Holly Hill Academy on the 28th. As for Cathedral Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 63-61 victory against Andrew Jackson Academy on the 20th.
