Green Mountain has gone 8-2 against Woodstock recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Green Mountain Chieftains will venture away from home to challenge the Woodstock Wasps at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Green Mountain came up short against White River Valley on Monday, falling 53-31.

Meanwhile, Woodstock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 42-35 to Rivendell Academy, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Green Mountain has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Woodstock, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.

Green Mountain took their win against Woodstock in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 41-18. The rematch might be a little tougher for Green Mountain since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
