Soccer Game Preview: Waterford vs. Westosha Central + How To Watch

The Waterford Wolverines will take on the Westosha Central Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Westosha Central took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Waterford, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Waterford turned things around against Racine Horlick on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rebels a 2-0 shutout. Surprisingly, this marked Waterford's fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Nolan Krueger and Caden Gustafson scored both of Waterford's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Meanwhile, Westosha Central didn't have quite enough to beat Muskego on Thursday and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Westosha Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 212th, while Muskego are ranked 40th).

Westosha Central's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Waterford, their win bumped their record up to 7-8-1.

Waterford came out on top in a nail-biter against Westosha Central in their previous matchup back in September, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Wolverines repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
