On Friday, Danville got the W thanks in part to Caleb Lucas playing the best football he has all season. Lucas picked up a sack, made 14 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass.
Unfortunately for Centerburg, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Lucas. Lucas picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss) the last time he and the Trojans duked it out back in October of 2023.
