Soccer Game Preview: Triton vs. Harnett Central

For the second straight game, Triton will face off against Harnett Central. The Hawks will head out on the road to take on the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Harnett Central better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Triton's game on Wednesday is any indication, that's when Triton really gets things going. The Hawks never let the Trojans get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Triton found success even though the refs didn't miss a thing: McKenna Lombardi and Ava Wood were both handed yellow cards.

Triton hit Harnett Central with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Wood, Madelyn Hair, and Nissi Mencia.

Triton's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Harnett Central, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
