Blanchet Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Taft Tigers, falling 3-0. The Cavaliers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Blanchet Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Taft, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Blanchet Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Jefferson on the 2nd. As for Taft, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Amity on the 2nd.
