Volleyball Recap: Miller Takes a Loss

Miller managed to slip by Fisher Catholic the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Irish on Tuesday. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Irish apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

While Miller ultimately came up short, they really made Fisher Catholic work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 26-24, 25-22.

This is the second loss in a row for Miller and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Fisher Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Miller is set to square off against their familiar foe Harvest Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fisher Catholic will take on rival Berne Union at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
