Volleyball Game Preview: Layton Christian Academy Eagles vs. Richfield Wildcats

After both having extra time off, the Layton Christian Academy Eagles and the Richfield Wildcats will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Layton Christian Academy came up short against Morgan last Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Richfield came up short against Canyon View last Thursday and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18, 21-25, 25-11.

Layton Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Richfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-17.
