Basketball Recap: Kenmare/Bowbells Beats Tioga for Their Seventh Straight Victory

On Monday, Kenmare/Bowbells faced Tioga in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Kenmare/Bowbells walked away with a 62-55 win over the Tioga Pirates. The victory was familiar territory for Kenmare/Bowbells who have now won seven games in a row.

Kenmare/Bowbells pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Tioga, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-1.

Tioga knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 matchups -- so hopefully Ray likes a good challenge.
