Volleyball Recap: Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels vs. Lourdes Catholic Warriors

Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lourdes Catholic Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 last Thursday.

While Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-20.

MarAzul Ruiz-Corral paced Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind's offense, picking up four kills. Ruiz-Corral got some help from Alicia Sanchez and her four assists. Ruiz-Corral was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
