Recap: Custer/Hysham vs. Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades
Custer/Hysham put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Reed Point/Rapelje, posting a 65-16 win at home. Custer/Hysham's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Despite the loss, Reed Point/Rapelje still got an impressive performance from Axel Blodgett, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds. Blodgett has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last four times he's played.
Custer/Hysham's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Reed Point/Rapelje, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Custer/Hysham will take on Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Reed Point/Rapelje, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Fromberg at 3:30 p.m. on January 27th.
