Amanda-Clearcreek is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-30 win over North Union.

Meanwhile, Johnstown-Monroe waltzed into their game on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 54-42 victory over the Redskins. Given the Johnnies' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Redskins are ranked 258th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Amanda-Clearcreek's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Johnstown-Monroe, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3.

Amanda-Clearcreek came up short against Johnstown-Monroe in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, falling 48-39. Can Amanda-Clearcreek avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
