Basketball Recap: Decatur Takes a Loss

Decatur lost against Alpena back in January of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Decatur Bulldogs were beaten by the Alpena Leopards 65-34. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Decatur's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-7. As for Alpena, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-17.

Decatur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 57-34 loss against Cedarville on the 16th. As for Alpena, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 58-41 victory against Lead Hill on the 16th.
