Basketball Recap: Twentynine Palms Comes Up Short

After flying high against Grand Terrace on Friday, Twentynine Palms came back down to earth. The Wildcats fell 54-45 to the Temescal Canyon Titans on Saturday. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to the Titans from their previous meeting back in December of 2017.

Twentynine Palms' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Temescal Canyon, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Twentynine Palms will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Canyon Springs at 5:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Temescal Canyon, they will face off against Grand Terrace at 3:00 p.m. on December 1.
