Volleyball Recap: Twin River Titans vs. Central City Bison
Twin River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central City Bison. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Titans of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13.
Twin River's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Central City, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Twin River will take on Dorchester at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central City, they will head out to face off against Arcadia/Loup City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central City is facing Arcadia/Loup City at the right time seeing as Arcadia/Loup City is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
