Basketball Game Preview: Chandler Prep Titans vs. Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs

The Chandler Prep Titans will venture away from home to face off against the Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chandler Prep has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Chandler Prep turned things around against Tempe Prep on Monday. They walked away with a 34-25 win over the Knights.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rancho Solano Prep). They blew past Madison Highland Prep, posting a 90-7 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 32 points or more this season.

Rancho Solano Prep has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.0 points per game. As for Chandler Prep, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.

Chandler Prep came up short against Rancho Solano Prep in their previous matchup back in January, falling 46-42. Can Chandler Prep avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
