Recap: Oviedo Lions vs. Hagerty Huskies
The Oviedo Lions can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They really took it to Hagerty for the full four quarters, racking up a 77-50 win at home. The win was nothing new for Oviedo as they're now sitting on three straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Oviedo to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron Bryant, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. Caleb Pennyfeather was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks.
When it comes to explaining why Hagerty lost, one person who can't be blamed is Caden Douglass. Despite the final result, he scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Nicolas Garces, who scored six points.
Hagerty struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Oviedo pulled down ten offensive rebounds.
Oviedo's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Hagerty, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7.

Central Florida Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 389th, while Hagerty is ranked 156th).
