Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lexington). They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the North Platte Bulldogs on Tuesday. J Danilo Gonzalez-Sanchdez was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Lexington used a slightly different lineup for their bout with North Platte. Pedro Prado-Cruz played for 40 minutes having averaged 19.2 this season and Noe Perez-Cano got 50 vs. an average of 26.4. The pair took full advantage of the opportunity: Gonzalez-Sanchdez scored three goals, while he put up one assist.

The win made it two in a row for Lexington and bumps their season record up to 6-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two games. As for North Platte, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.
