Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wall). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Grape Creek Eagles a 23-0 shutout on Thursday. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by seven runs or more this season.

Wall is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. Grape Creek is on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
