On Tuesday Joey Laker tossed 4.2 innings while giving up four earned runs off five hits. The effort marked the fewest hits Laker has had since back in May of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than zero walks. For the year, she has an ERA of 5.76 over 17 innings pitched.

Coming up, Laker and Pana will be playing in front of their home fans against Hillsboro at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
