Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Crest Ridge

Crest Ridge had won two straight games and Brilynn Fleming did her part to make it three on Saturday. The Crest Ridge Cougars walked away with a 49-39 victory over the Concordia Fighting Orioles thanks in part to Fleming, who posted 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in boards.

Crest Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points per game. As for Concordia, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3.
