Volleyball Game Preview: Whitehorse Raiders vs. Green River Pirates + How To Watch

The Whitehorse Raiders will venture away from home to take on the Green River Pirates at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Green River will be up against a hot Whitehorse squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went the Raiders' way against Pinnacle on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Whitehorse walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-10, 25-19, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Green River made easy work of Dugway on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-17.

Whitehorse's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Green River, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Whitehorse took their win against Green River when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
